More about the biceps curl machine
A biceps curl machine which is iso lateral. That mean that you can either train with both arms at the same time or one arm at a time. This is great for your biceps training since you can alternate your training, exercising both arms at the same time or focusing on one arm.
The machine is compact which makes it a great addition to any gym but most of all it’s known for it’s great ergonomic movement. Having the perfect load on the muscles throughout the curl with a smooth and long movement. A very appreciated machine and great for both beginners and advanced athletes

Materials & details
Use our step-free leather seat to set the desired height that fits your body. The chest support is also in leather and have a simple setting that lets you move it backward or forward so that you get a good support and can train harder.
The leather arm supports are inclined and the handles are movable. This provides the perfect angle for your curls and gives you a great support for your arms.
