More about the lifting straps

 

The wrist straps are black with grey embroided Gymleco logos. Easy to bring to the gym and durable so that you can use them in a lot of heavy training sessions.

 

How do you wrap the lifting strap around your barbell or dumbbell?

 

Take the end of the strap and pull it through the eyelet. Place your wrist in the newly created eyelet and place your hand on the barbell or dumbell was usual. Before gripping the bar, wrap the end of the straparound the bar and seal it in with your grip. Twist your hands to get the straps are a bit tighter.
