“Gymleco has in one way or another been a part of my strength training throughout my training history. I have always liked that the company is Swedish, that the equipment is of the best quality with many different plate loaded machines and that the company is innovative and often comes with exciting and relevant news. During the last years of my training, I have almost exclusively worked with free weights, and it was also with that in mind I planned my own home gym. My garage gym consists of a squat stand, a barbell and 130 kg in different weight plates (and some own weight plates for the son, 6 years) and gym mats. I already have plans for what more I want to add in the future, but the fact is that with only this approach, I cover a large part of my training needs.
