More about the incline chest press
Set the step free seat height in the incline chest press depending on your body length. Press down the foot pedal in front of you to press forward the handles for an easier start of the exercise. Press the handles forward, either both at the same time or one by one, and feel how effective this chest machine is.
An incline version of the chest press is a great way to give your gym members more types of chest training, making sure that they diversify their upper body training. The incline chest press trains more of the upper chest musculature compared to the standard chest press. It also gives you a longer range of movement and can be easier on the shoulders.
