More about the Leg Extension/Leg Curl
The Leg Extension/Leg Curl has two simple steps to change between the exercises. This makes it easy and intuitive for anyone to use wether you’re a beginner or a professional athlete.
For leg curl: Set the machine in the upper mode and change the lower leg support. This so that it sits comfortably and gives you the right support. The legs should be over the support. Bend your legs inwards and feel the workout on your hamstrings.
For leg extension: Set the machine to the lower mode. Change so that you lower legs are behind the calf support. Set the lower leg support to a comfortable position and push upwards for a great quads workout.
The design is anatomically correct in both exercises thanks to Gymleco’s precise pivot. Our amazing camshaft exchanger makes the gym machine automatically change the biomechanics when you switch between the two leg exercises.

Materials & details
To give you further support you have a sturdy steel handle in front of you and two handles in rubber at the sides. The lower leg support is round for ultimate comfort and you can move the back rest back and forth with our step-free setting which mean everyone can use the machine and have good support. The weight plates are in premium nickel coated steel and the weight can easily be changed from a sitting position.
