    More about the mini bands

     

    There are 5 different resistance levels for the mini bands which are clearly shown through the bright colors. Our training bands are of high quality and durability and you can easily bring them anywhere since they fit into any gym bag. Use for both upper body exercises such as pull apart for shoulders and back and lower body exercises such as squats or hip thrust. Works perfect for both indoors and outdoors training as well as for your commercial gym or home gym.
