Unlike traditional handles, which limit you to gripping with just your fingertips, the paddle style allows for a full-hand grip—engaging the palm and making it easier to handle heavier weights.

Designed with directionality in mind, they feature distinct right and left grips to promote optimal alignment. The handles are coated in a durable, thick rubberized material, offering excellent grip without compromising comfort.

1. Long Lats Handle These handles offer versatility with four distinct grip positions: full pronation, semi-pronated, neutral grip, and semi-supinated grip. Engineered with biomechanics in mind, the handles allow for better alignment during exercises, keeping tension on the targeted muscles while reducing strain on the wrists, elbows, and upper back. The more natural handle angle promotes increased grip strength, enabling you to lift greater loads with less grip fatigue.

2. Short Lats Handle This handle is great for lat pulldowns and low row. Offering unmatched versatility with three adjustable angle settings. Thanks to its easy-to-use screw cap, you can seamlessly lock the handles into the desired angle, allowing you to target muscles from multiple angles without needing separate attachments.

3. Short Multi Bar The Short Bar is a compact yet powerful attachment designed for use on single cable machines. Making it perfect for a variety of exercises such as tricep pushdowns, seated rows, and more. Its shorter length allows for greater control and stability during movements, enabling you to target specific muscle groups with precision. The integrated cutouts ensure that the handles stay securely in place, while also making it easy to switch between different grips

4. Long Multi Bar  The Lat Pulldown Long Bar is designed for maximum functionality on single cable machines, making it ideal for exercises like low rows and lat pulldowns. 7. Triceps Handle This is an incredibly versatile cable attachment—perfect for a wide range of exercises, such as tricep pushdowns, pulldowns, curls, and pull-aparts. Its standout feature is the unilateral ball joint design, allowing the handles to rotate a full 360° under load.
