Garret Gym
An unmanned gym in Verdal, Norway. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day and offers new and modern equipment in cardio training, strength training and stabilization/rehabilitation.
The center is owned and run by four training-happy people who strive to create a training environment where exercise joy and personal development are in focus. Members’ wishes and suggestions are gladly received in order to develop the facility to the best possible.

For cardio training, the gym has treadmills, bicycles, rowing machines and stair machines. The gym also has medicine balls and kettlebells. Nearly all of the training equipment is from Gymleco. Mostly plate loaded gym machines like Gymleco’s: #070 Abdominal Seated, #023 Incline Pec Fly, #031 Shoulder Rotation, #021 Wide Chest Press and #215K Cablecross/Multigym.
