Valdemar Fredriksson originally from Stockholm moved to Los Angeles for a while to invest in his training career. He trained the pop duo Icona Pop and the artist Benjamin Ingrosso, among others. Gymleco helped build the gym he has in his house, in the middle of Hollywood Los Angeles. An inspiring outdoor environment where he trains his clients.

The gym is located outdoors in the glorious Los Angeles weather. There’s equipment to perform both strength training, cardio and functional training.
