More about the small foam plyo box
The small foam plyo box is in a smaller size than the standard plyo boxes. This is a great way to make sure that all of your gym members have a height that they can perform the exercises on. For example box jumps and step-ups either with our without extra weight. Having a plyo box in foam is a great way to make sure that you gym members can do the jumps without getting injuries. Some might also be afraid to jump on regular plyo boxes in wood. Because of that the soft plyo box is great. Even better is then to offer different sizes so that all of your members can enjoy great functional trainig.
You can adjust the height of the box by turning it since the sides have different heights. It’s designed for commercial use in the gym or in a functional box, but can also be used for group training rooms, for hotel gyms, company gyms and home gyms.
