More about the biceps/triceps machine
The biceps/triceps machine can easily be switched between biceps training and triceps training with a simple adjustment bolt. Sit with your chest towards the cushion and grab the handles to do classic biceps curls. Change so that the handles are higher up and push them down to work out the triceps instead. The handles are in an ergonomic angle and soft rubber for a great grip in both exercises. Thanks to the back support you can keep your position during the tricpes exercise, not accidentally lifting up the body.Â
The movement paths are ergonomic and natural which makes both of the exercises feel great throughout the movement.
